My family went to Mr. Matsunaga for a living trust involving real estate. From first contact to trust in-hand (real estate in the trust) took about 8 weeks. From what I've been able to google, this seems like a pretty standard amount of time for real estate in California, though estimates vary pretty widely.
Mr Matsunaga himself was quite personable and seemed very knowledgeable. Judging by conversations with him and the paperwork we have received, it seems like he went above and beyond to make this process simple for us.
