Ms. Cara recently passed the 2017 February California State Bar Exam and is currently working in the Trust Administration Department at Elder Law Services of California, APLC (ELS). Ms. Cara grew up in Paramount, California, attending Our Lady of the Rosary elementary school and parish.
In 2004, she attended Saint Joseph High School in Lakewood, California, serving as Associated Student Body Council Executive President her senior year. in 2008, she moved to the Inland Empire and continued her studies at the University of California, Riverside, earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2012.
At UCR, she worked alongside the National Financial Educators Council, and her fellow classmates, to establish a campus organization tailored to spread financial literacy throughout the Riverside community. in 2013, Ms. Cara moved to San Diego and attended California Western School of Law. She attained her Juris Doctor in 2015.
While in law school, she served as Secretary for the South Asian Law Student Association and was a member of the Women's Law Caucus, Federalist Society, and Phi Alpha Delta. When Ms. Cara is not in the office, she is spending time with her family and friends, reading the latest best-selling fiction novel, or taking multiple trips to Disneyland or the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
